At the Go Further Initiative, we believe that the men and women who serve our communities and country deserve access to top-tier care that supports their physical health, performance, and long-term well-being. That’s why we’ve partnered with a trusted network of local personal trainers and physical therapists who are passionate about helping our heroes move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

• Active First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS)
• Retired First Responders (on a case-by-case basis)
• Active-Duty Military Members
• Military Veterans

• An initial visit/session fully covered by Go Further to ensure the trainer or therapist is the right fit for you.
• Ongoing support based on individual needs, financial hardship, and commitment to the program.
• Approved participants may receive coverage for multiple months of training or therapy services depending on evaluation.
