I’ve had a deep passion for health and fitness for many years, but as I’ve matured, I’ve come to understand just how vital it is to my overall well-being. Fitness has become my personal therapy, offering a much-needed escape and a way to clear my mind. This realization became even more profound after I began my career in law enforcement in 2017. The things I’ve witnessed—things most people will never see—and the long, stressful hours, have only reinforced how critical exercise is for mental and emotional balance.
When I founded Go Further Initiative, I knew there were countless other first responders who could benefit from the therapeutic power of regular exercise to cope with their own stress. Sadly, suicide and heart-related events are among the leading causes of death in both the first responder and military communities. That’s why our focus is on holistic wellness—ensuring that those who serve their communities are supported in every aspect of their health.
Through offering fitness memberships, sponsorships for fitness competitions, IV therapy, partnerships with mental health professionals, and a variety of other services, we aim to reduce these devastating statistics. Our mission is to not only enhance the quality of life for first responders but to also help them serve their communities more effectively and with greater resilience.
We appreciate your support for our cause! #GOFURTHER
